블록체인 DID 기술과 수치화된 표면지문 방식을 활용한 NFT의 실물자산 인증 및 검증 프로세스
- 1. 공인기관의 진품 판별
신뢰할 수 있는 공인된 기관(예시: 감정기관, 작가, 브랜드 소유업체)에서 작품・진품을 감정한 결과 진품인 경우만 적용합니다. 화랑이 소지하고 있는 작품에 대한 감정기관의 진품감정서, 화랑보증서의 위조 여부를 확인합니다.
화랑들이 협회와 협의체 구성을 진행할 때, 각 화랑에서 진품으로 입증할 수 있는 작품을 선별하게 됩니다. 협회는 화랑의 책임자(대표 등)와 함께 원본인증 작업을 실시하고, 책임자의 서명을 받은 작품원본등록증을 3부를 발행하여 제공 및 보관합니다. (1부 본 협회, 1부 화랑, 1부 고객)
- 2. 수치화된 표면지문 생성 및 인증정보 데이터베이스(DB) 저장
진품으로 감정되어 감정서가 존재하는 작품에 대하여, (주)에이엠비의 원본 인증 시스템을 통해 인증 작업을 수행하여 직접 수치화된 표면지문을 발췌합니다. 이와 함께 일련번호, 작품 이미지, 감정서 및 관련 정보를 하나로 묶어서 인증정보 구성합니다. 인증정보를 DB에 저장해 관리하는 한편, 화랑 책임자의 확인 직인을 받아 작품원본등록증을 발행합니다.
이 작업을 통하여 언제든지 화랑이 최초로 진품이라고 제시한 작품을 각종 감정서•보증서와 연결해 입증할 수 있는 디지털 자료들을 확보할 수 있습니다.
- 3. 인증정보 블록체인 등록
DB에 등록한 인증정보를 블록체인에도 등록하고, 이와 동일한 인증정보를 기반으로 NFT를 생성합니다.
- 4. NFT 생성, 플랫폼에 제공
국제진품관리협회가 원본 인증 시스템을 통해 발행한 NFT를 제공 받은 플랫폼에서는, NFT 기초자산인 실물의 진위를 확인하기 위하여 자동/수동의 자체 방식으로 절차를 실행합니다.
- 5. 블록체인 내 인증정보 검색
NFT의 일련번호와 동일한 일련번호를 포함한 인증정보가 있는지 블록체인에서 검색합니다.
- 6. 수치화된 표면지문 비교 및 진위 판별
NFT에 임베딩된 수치화된 표면지문과 블록체인에서 가져온 인증정보 속 수치화된 표면지문을 비교하여, 두 가지가 오차 범위 이내로 일치한 경우 진품으로 판별합니다.
국제진품관리협회의 작품원본등록증
기존의 작품원본등록증과 달리 ‘수치화된 표면지문’ 이미지가 작품 일련번호 및 기타 작품 정보와 함께 인증정보로 수록되어 있습니다. 참고로 ‘지문’(知紋; 인지 가능한 문형)이란 복제가 불가능하여 사물을 구별하는 고유한 외형적・물리적 특징으로서 모든 사물 표면에 자연적으로 생겨납니다. 수치화된 표면지문이란 원본 인증 대상이 되는 작품 표면을 수십배 확대하여 지문을 확보하고, 지문에서 임의로 지정한 물리적 특징점 3~4군데 사이의 각도와 거리를 수치화한 이미지입니다.
해당 작품원본등록증은 화랑과 협의하여 구성 및 진행 시 화랑이 책임자(대표 등)의 서명을 받아 여러 부 발행하여 보관 및 제공하고 있으며, 동일한 인증정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하고 있습니다. (주)에이엠비가 제공하는 원본 인증 프로세스를 통하여 언제든지 화랑이 최초로 진품으로 감정한 작품을 입증할 수 있게 됩니다.
공인 기관이 작품/제품 진위를 판별하는 과정이 필요한 이유
최초에 공인 기관에서 실물 자산의 진위 여부를 판별해줌으로써, 해당 작품 및 제품의 진위에 대한 소비자의 불신을 해소해 공인기관의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있습니다. 공인 기관으로는 제품 감정에 대해 법적으로 규정되어 있는 브랜드 제조 업체나 작품을 관리하는 재단 등이 해당될 수 있습니다.
미술품 분할소유권 사업에서의 실물자산 인증 및 검증
해당 사업을 진행하여 작품의 분할소유권이 모두 판매 완료된 경우, 작품은 미술품 분할소유권 소유자들이 아닌 미술품 분할소유권 사업자가 보관하게 됩니다. 이때 대기업 등에 작품을 안전하게 대여(이하 렌탈)하여 추가적인 수익을 창출할 수 있으며, 작품을 대형 호텔 등에 렌탈함으로써 미술품 분할소유권 소유자들에게 작품을 직접 감상할 수 있는 기회도 제공합니다. 렌탈 중 원본 교체 및 위작 발생 방지를 위해, 렌탈을 원하는 대상 기업과도 상기와 동일한 원본 인증 프로세스를 진행합니다.
메타버스 또는 NFT 플랫폼에서 NFT의 실물자산 인증 및 검증
(주)에이엠비의 원본 인증 시스템이 연동된 블록체인 기반의 DID(Decentralized Identity) 시스템을 활용해 실물 자산에서 발췌한 수치화된 표면지문을 비교하는 방식으로 원본의 진위를 판별할 수 있습니다.
Authentication Process -Artwork
1. Only works/products recognized as genuine by authorized institutions (eg, gallery association, artist, brand owner) is selected for certification.
2. The authentication information, including serial number, digitized surface fingerprint information extracted from the work/product, is stored in the database(DB).
3. The authentication information registered in the DB is also registered in the blockchain, and the NFT is created based on the same authentication information.
4. The platform that receives the NFT created by the association automatically or manually checks the authenticity of the underlying asset (real things) of the NFT.
5. Search the blockchain for the authentication information with the same serial number as the NFT serial number.
6. After comparing the digitized surface fingerprint embedded in the NFT and the digitized surface fingerprint in the authentication information obtained from the blockchain, if the result value matches within the error range, it is determined as genuine.
※ In the original certificate of the association, the image of 'digitized surface fingerprint' for works recognized as genuine by an authorized organization is included as authentication information along with the serial number and other information about the work.
※ By determining the authenticity of real assets at the first time by an authorized organization, consumers' distrust of the authenticity of the works and products can be resolved. In addition, it is possible to omit the evaluation of product authenticity, which is carried out whenever a new or used product transaction is made between individuals.
※ After applying the original authentication system to works of art for which the partial ownership sale of works of art has been completed, they can be rented to large corporations, stored safely, and create additional revenue and exhibition opportunities.
※ This system can be applied to verify the authenticity of NFT's real assets on the Metaverse or NFT platform.
